The Live from the Underground (LFTU) performance series continues this Thursday with a performance by singer-songwriter Scott Forrest from Rochester, Vermont. The 7pm performance on Thursday, June 24th will be livestreamed digitally on Bandcamp and followed by an interview with LFTU co-host Jamie Gage.
Part of the Weston Opera of Vermont, Scott Forrest attended the esteemed Berklee School of Music in Boston and his music has been featured on Vermont Public Radio and National Public Radio. Performing regularly throughout New England, Forrest is a singer/songwriter with an opera trained voice, unique guitar style and award-winning songwriting.
A repeat performer at the 10th RockFire event at Millstone Hill in Barre this weekend, Scott will be sampling some of his more recent work on Thursday night at The Underground, as well as playing some of his fan favorites.

Thursday's performance will be a ticketed event with 50% of the proceeds going to the artist and 10% to Chandler Center for the Arts.
