HAMcrafted - Live from The Underground

The Live from the Underground (LFTU) performance series continues this Thursday with a

performance by Rutland area performer Alex Abraham, performing as “HAMcrafted”. The 6pm performance on Thursday, March 18th will be live-streamed digitally on Facebook.

A member of Rutland’s well-known band Hamjob! for the last 8 years, 31-year old Alex is

originally from Pittsford, VT and has spent the balance of 2020 trying his “hams” at writing,

producing, and telling his own very unique story. On Thursday night he will be delivering his

story in a rap style, with original rhymes and beats.

“Before COVID, I was primarily focused on my work with Hamjob!, and of course had worked with a number of area bands before that, “ says Mr. Abraham. “The events of 2020 helped me gain a new perspective which I’m looking forward to sharing with a new audience.”

The 6pm performance will be followed by an interview with Live from the Underground co-host Jim Yeager.

Thursday's performance will be a ticketed event with 50% of the proceeds going to the artist and 10% to Chandler Center for the Arts.
